Commander System[Feb 13, 2009]

Types of Commanders
There are Self Commanders, Common Commanders, Spell Commanders, Super Commanders and Special Commanders in Galaxy Online. All Commanders have four kinds of attributes, including Accuracy, Dodge, Speed and Electronics, all of which have an effect on the outcomes of battles.

Self Commander
Self Commanders are Commanders born when players create a character in game and their name is the same as the player’s name. All Self Commanders have the same abilities and growth data.

When players reach level 20 by fighting with NPC ships or joining other battles, there will be a Faith button in the Commander interface. Choose one kind of Faith and players will obtain different hidden parts/hulls/buildings. (Not available yet)

Common Commander
Players can obtain a Common Commander by spending a certain number of Science points. Common Commanders have no spells or any special abilities. Their four attributes and even their growth data are random.

Spell Commander
Players have a slim chance of obtaining a Spell Commander by spending a certain number of Science points. Each Spell Commander has spells which can play a very important role in battles. However, players have to spend a certain number of Mall points if they want another Spell Commander. There are many kinds of Spell Commanders, but a player can only have 1 of each kind.

Special Commander
Special Commanders have more powerful attributes or spells than those of a Spell Commander. Special Commanders are also more difficult to obtain than Spell Commanders.

Super Commander
Highly prized for their leadership and skills, Super Commanders have the best abilities among all the classes of Commanders. Their only drawback is that they are the most difficult class of Commander to obtain.

How can a Commander obtain exp?
A Commander’s exp is obtained when they have defeated enemy ships and are victorious in combat.

(The Commander can obtain exp each time his fleet destroys an enemies’ ship.)
